By using the website, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

PromptGenia offers free tools for creating, checking and improving prompts for AI models, together with guides and a prompt library. No account is required. Most tools run in your browser. Some optional features use an external AI provider and are available only when AI mode is enabled on the site; they may be subject to hourly usage limits. We may change, suspend or discontinue any tool or feature at any time, without notice, and we do not guarantee that the service will always be available.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website:

• for any illegal purpose or to create content that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others;
• to harass, threaten, defame or abuse anyone, or to create hateful or sexually explicit content involving real people;
• to deceive others, for example to create fraud, phishing, impersonation or misinformation, or to pass off AI-generated work where honesty is required;
• to scrape, copy or harvest the site's content or tools with bots, crawlers or other automated means, except for normal search engine indexing;
• to overload, flood or abuse the AI proxy or any other part of the server, to bypass rate limits, or to call the API outside the website's own interface;
• to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site, or to interfere with its security or with other visitors' use.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Your content and prompts

The ideas, text and images you enter, and the prompts you create with the tools, belong to you. We do not claim ownership of them. You are responsible for what you enter and for how you use the results, including making sure you have the right to use any text or images you upload. When you use an AI feature, you allow us to send your input to the AI provider solely to produce the result you requested.

Third-party AI services

Prompts created here are intended for AI services operated by other companies. Those services, and the AI provider used for optional features on this site, have their own terms, usage policies and content rules. You are responsible for following them. We have no control over third-party services and are not responsible for their outputs, availability or decisions.

Our intellectual property

The website's design, code, text, guides, glossary and the arrangement of the prompt library are owned by the operator of PromptGenia or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use the prompt templates for your own personal or commercial work. You may not copy substantial parts of the site, republish the guides or rebuild the tools as a competing service without written permission. Trademarks of AI companies mentioned on the site belong to their owners.

No warranty

The website and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. Scores, estimates and AI outputs can be wrong. Please read the disclaimer for more detail.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of PromptGenia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, business or reputation, arising from your use of or inability to use the website, its tools or any AI output. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Links to other websites

The site may contain links to external websites and shows ads from third parties. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the bottom of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
